In this 60-90 min Session I will take you first through the psycho-emotional process designed to recognize and create movement in the realm of thoughts and feelings.
Trauma creates a fixation (frozen in time) & a copying identity. The goal is to reduce the stasis and congestion and increase the sense of hope, flow, new possibilities. As they say “running water clears itself”!!!
Effective in cases of:
post-traumatic stress, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, stuck attitudes, depression, feeling stuck, relationship problems, emotional binds, jealousy, fear. insecurity and much more that manifested in the form of a disease.
The session also may include a somatic hands on healing experience and sound frequency therapy.
